The Rockville Cottage is our new two bedroom cottage. Formerly a farm labourer’s cottage attached to the farmhouse this 300 year old cottage has been lovingly converted to offer quality accommodation for 4 people plus travel cot for an additional baby/toddler. Vaulted ceilings and high beams have all been retained to reflect the building’s original character and together with up to date facilities, the Rockville Cottage provides an ideal location for your holiday. No pets at this cottage.

Ground Floor: Large lounge with dining area, wooden floor and beamed ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

First Floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 5ft double bed, second bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Services: Fully equipped kitchen, including fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave. Separate utility room with washer/dryer.
Nb: Additional baby/toddler and pullout bed for child upto age of 6 years is available.

Beautifully furnished and presented, extremely clean - the homemade cake, milk and eggs in the fridge were a nice touch too.

Location - near to Bempton cliffs, Scarborough and Bridlington. Everything provided - including extras - cake, eggs milk! Friendly owners, and equipment explained. Local walks without using car. Plenty of room to park.
